No HIP (Home Information Pack) required
What is a HIP?
Depending on the property, houses on the market need a Home Information Pack. This Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. Other included documents are a sale statement, searches and evidence of title.

- Details on leasehold information
- An energy certificate
