- Rent Increases - All of our rent increases are in line with inflation (3.5%). Thus once you do sell and rent back you can relax and know you’re in the best of hands. As you have probably heard in the media there have been horror stories where the rents have doubled in between tenancies. HQS will ensure this does not happen through issuing you with a guarantee certificate and keep all rent increases in line with inflation.
- Electric/Plumbing/Central Heating Cover - For those Customers who do sell their homes and rent back to HQS, we have partnered up with British Gas to provide you with additional cover. This cover includes your central heating system, plumbing, drains & your electrics. So 24 hours per day 365 days per year you are fully covered!
- Property Consultant - Whether it is to stop repossession or sell your house fast at HQS all of our property consultants are trained to deal with all types of scenarios giving you the very best service.
